Ticket returns are only possible in exceptional circumstances. If a performance is cancelled, tickets can be returned within 14 days to receive a refund.
You can also send us the tickets along with details of your bank account to have the money transferred to your bank account.
schaubühne-cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged, returned or monetarily reimbursed. There is no obligation to refund unused tickets nor to offer a replacement service.

We ask wheelchair users to let us know they are coming no later than two days before the performance.
The cloakroom fee is included in the ticket. You can also keep your possessions in a locker, for which you will need a 2 Euro coin.

We have a special service for our international audience: you have the opportunity to see at least two surtitled performances with English or/and French surtitles each month.
